Choosing the right mortgage can be sometimes confusing. With a variety of different options available it is hard to find a deal that exactly matches your circumstances and budget. The choices are often confusing if not overwhelming and getting independent advice provides you with impartial information and a recommendation based on your needs.
Mortgage products and criteria change frequently to reflect the market place and intermediaries rely on sophisticated sourcing systems to differentiate between products to determine the most appropriate product that meets the applicant’s needs. This does not necessarily mean the lowest headline rate.
Step 1 - Free Consultation
The first step is an initial consultation. We will complete a detailed fact find to determine your current circumstances. During this appointment we will explain the buying process, methods of repayment and mortgage application process etc. if required and explain the different risks involved, inflation, market, interest rate movements, currency risk etc. This can either be over the phone, in person at our offices or at a mutually convenient location. There is no charge for this service but at this meeting we will confirm what our charge will be should you decide to proceed.

Our normal method of payment is typically a fee of between £150 and £500 plus a commission from the lender. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
